We care for children aged 9 months to 5 years
We are all-inclusive of faiths and lead a multi-cultural nursery for children with all abilities and needs. Our aim is to provide quality care and education within a safe, secure and nurturing environment.
We focus on catering to each child’s individual needs. While developing their progress, we motivate our children by identifying their individual interests. Each experience that our children go through at the nursery prepares them for the next stage of their academic life, Key Stage 1 at Primary School.
Hello, I’m Bala
Provider/Care Manager/Head of Special Educational Needs
My Nursery team consists of staff members who speak a variety of different languages like English, Romanian, Tamil, Gujarati, Urdu, Hindi, Singhalese and Bengali. We all have relevant qualifications and experience and also believe in ongoing continuous professional development training. All staff have high levels of safeguarding and will provide the children with a safe and happy environment to learn and play in.
North Stars Nursery has been up and running since March 2000.
With our successful approach, we have had lots of happy families around us with many coming back years later. Nothing gives us more satisfaction than knowing that we have helped the children that have come into our setting by providing a good early years’ foundation and supporting them towards a brighter future.

A little important message from OFSTED to us all
Parental involvement is still key
Working in partnership with parents and/or carers in central to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Settings should use a range of strategies to develop strong and respectful relationships with their families taking into account individual needs and circumstances.
Ask parents and carers about their child’s interests, to find out what they’re curious about and share information with them to help you gain further insights.
Involving parents in their children’s learning leads to improved educational outcomes for children in the long term.
